Asia Furnishing Fair 2026
These Terms and Conditions shall apply not only to individuals who have completed the visitor registration process, but also to those who, prior to completion, have proceeded to Step 2 (Participant Information Entry [2]) or Step 3 (Confirmation of Entered Information) of the registration form and have entered and submitted the required information.
Visitor rules (Notice: regarding Entry to this Exhibition)
Entry to this exhibition is completely limited to registered personnel.
In order to enter the exhibition, it is required that you register by providing us with your name, the company that you work for, and various contact details.
Registrants may receive future notices for seminars and exhibitions of a smaller hosting.
Any photos and videos shooting, recording are prohibited in the venue.
The organizer will interview and shoot in the exhibition hall. The information obtained from the interviews and the images taken may be used for publicity activities of the exhibition.
Please use public transportation due to limited parking lots.
The secretariat will not responsible for any accidents or troubles at the venue.
Any disruptive behavior that hinders the smooth operation of the event or compromises the safety and comfort of others—including threatening behavior, verbal abuse, stalking, shouting, or obstructing passage-toward other attendees, exhibitors, or event staff is strictly prohibited.
The sale of goods or services, the signing of contracts, sales or promotional activities, the distribution of flyers, conducting surveys, solicitation, and other such activities without prior permission from the organizer are strictly prohibited. If a violation is confirmed, you may be asked to leave the premises.
Pets are welcome to the Asia Furnishing Fair 2026.When entering other shows other than The Pet Interior Expo "Pet Salone", pets must be carried by a carrier, cart, kennel etc. (pets should not be exposed directly.)
This exhibition will be administrating entry with QR code.
Visitors will not be able to use a visitor badge that has been issued to anyone other than the individual registered for the particular entry and registration ticket.
If by any chance a ticket is lent or sold to another individual, the registered information may leak and cause trouble to the individual who has been registered for the ticket involved.
By presenting the QR code printed on the visitor’s badge at an exhibitor’s booth, exhibitor’s seminar site, or speech venue within the exhibition venue, your personal information that you have registered with us as a customer upon entry will be shared between the operating office of this exhibition and the exhibitor concerned, or speaker(s) of said exhibitor’s seminar or speech. Please be aware that presenting your QR code will be an act equivalent to giving the exhibitor your business card.
We may identify users who use services provided by advertising-related businesses by linking them to user lists held by such businesses, and may propose exhibitions and various services, provide information, distribute advertisements, and conduct marketing analysis on such services.
<Handling of personal information>
Asia Furniture Forum and the Japan Management Association take necessary measures to protect personal information. The personal information of the visitors will be used for various procedures regarding to registration and guidance for this event.
Please note that personal information may be shared with a subcontractor who has concluded a confidentiality agreement for purpose for delivery request etc.
