"KISOKARA" is an audiovisual training resource designed for cleaning staff at building maintenance companies registered under the Act on Maintenance of Sanitation in Buildings.
By law, companies classified under Categories 1 and 8 are required to provide seven hours of annual training to *all* cleaning staff—including not only full-time employees but also part-time workers, casual staff, and foreign personnel (such as technical interns, Specified Skilled Workers, and those under the Skills Training and Employment Program).
"KISOKARA" is an online educational tool that supports building maintenance companies in smoothly conducting this staff training.

Have you ever struggled with the fact that foreign personnel at the same proficiency level—such as N4 or N3—still exhibit varying degrees of Japanese ability?
MyJT, AISATS, and BSPT are AI-powered apps designed to improve Japanese conversational skills (speaking and listening). By scoring proficiency levels, they enable objective and efficient improvement of Japanese language skills.
In addition to covering essential daily vocabulary and grammar practice aimed at passing the N3 exam, these apps incorporate specialized terminology for building cleaning—developed with the cooperation of training centers—to support the development of foreign personnel who can excel in the field.

Specialities,Sales point (English)
The Training Center is designed to equip Indonesian workers with the essential skills and knowledge needed to build a career in building cleaning under Japan’s Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program.
After receiving a job offer from a building maintenance company in Japan, trainees undergo a residential training program prior to their departure, where they learn the fundamental skills, techniques, and practices of building cleaning.
The curriculum and training delivery are supervised by the Building Maintenance Training Center and utilize Japanese-made equipment and materials. This enables trainees to develop practical, job-ready skills and adapt quickly to the Japanese workplace from day one.
